What does remote desktop software do?
A remote desktop application shows another computer’s screen and lets you control its mouse and keyboard over an internet connection. The programs run on the remote computer, so you can use an installed application or retrieve a document without carrying that machine with you.
Both computers need a working internet connection, suitable software and the necessary access permissions. Remote access does not replace a backup: files still need their own backup plan.
What is included with Moe Repair Remote Access?

How to choose a remote access package
Start with the number of computers you need to register and how many people need to connect at the same time. A package covering 10 computers with one active session can suit one person moving between several machines. It will not provide simultaneous connections for an entire team.
Then check Windows compatibility, file-transfer needs, unattended access and the service terms. Windows 11, 64-bit is recommended for this package. Confirm compatibility before purchasing for older systems or unusual configurations. Support for macOS, phones or other platforms is not promised by this Windows package.
What does lifetime access mean?
Lifetime means the operating lifetime of the Moe Repair Remote Access hosted service. It does not mean the purchaser’s lifetime or an unconditional promise that the service will operate forever. Service changes and discontinuation are subject to the applicable purchase terms.
The application is based on modified RustDesk open-source software. The purchase covers Moe Repair hosted-service access and the package benefits; applicable open-source rights remain in effect. Security and compatibility updates may be provided, but a fixed update schedule or future major versions are not guaranteed.

Can I connect while travelling?
You can connect from another location when both computers are online and the remote device is powered on, available and configured for access. Test the connection before leaving.
Can several people use it at once?
The package allows one active remote-control session. Contact Moe Repair about your requirements if multiple team members need concurrent access.
Does it include computer repairs?
No. The hosted remote-access package and technician repair services are separate purchases.
