Refund Policy

Services:

If a service is not performed as per agreed requirements, customers are entitled to a full refund within 3 days of conducting the service.

Products:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. A restocking fee of 10% will apply. The client is responsible for shipping costs. If it is deemed that a returned product is opened or used, the product will not be returned and the customer will be responsible for covering all costs related to shipping the product back. The customer will also be charged an inspection fee. If the return is accepted, the client will be charged for the shipping costs originally paid by Moe Repair when the product was first purchased. Any product which arrives damaged will be refused. No exceptions. Refunds are received within 2 business days from the date the return is accepted. If an order is placed but not yet shipped, there will be no restocking fee and a full refund will be provided upon order cancellation.
