At Moe Repair, we are committed to providing exceptional computer repair services and products. This refund policy outlines our terms and conditions for refunds while ensuring fairness and clarity. Please note that refunds are granted at the discretion of Moe Repair and are subject to the following guidelines.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Unsuccessful Repairs:
    • If we are unable to resolve the issue as per our assessment, we may offer a partial refund or credit toward another service. Diagnostic fees and labor charges are non-refundable.
  2. Hardware Returns:
    • Refunds for parts or hardware are subject to the manufacturer or supplier’s return policy. Items must be returned in unused, original condition with all packaging and accessories. Restocking fees may apply.
  3. Incorrect Charges:
    • If a billing error occurs, we will rectify the issue by refunding the overpaid amount promptly.
  4. Warranty Coverage:
    • Repairs or parts under warranty will be addressed through repair or replacement. Refunds for warranty services are not provided unless repair or replacement is not feasible.

Non-Refundable Services

To ensure fairness and operational efficiency, the following are strictly non-refundable:

  1. Diagnostic Fees:
    • Diagnostic services require skilled expertise and are non-refundable, regardless of the repair outcome.
  2. Completed Repairs:
    • Once a repair is successfully completed and accepted by the customer, refunds will not be issued.
  3. Software Repairs:
    • Due to the complexities and variability of software-related issues, refunds are not provided once the service has been rendered.
  4. Data Loss:
    • Moe Repair is not liable for any data loss during repairs. Customers are responsible for creating backups before service.

Refund Request Conditions

Refund requests must meet the following conditions:

  • Submit your request within 7 days of the service or purchase date.
  • Provide a valid receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
  • For hardware, items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear or damage.

  • For compatibility issues with third-party hardware or software not provided by Moe Repair.
